In this day and age, seldom does a day goes by without people complain that Hong Kong is a cultural desert. It is ture that nowadays, we does not take much effort to notice that the authorities do not put much emphasis on soft power, no matter on art, music or architecture. It seem that artists who live Hong Kong are difficult to survive in this sociality.
